Amie Potsic is the CEO of Amie Potsic Art Advisory, an experienced fine art appraiser, an Ai consultant on Business and Creativity, and Host of the Art Watch Radio Show & Podcast. Potsic provides exceptional advisory services and legacy planning for artists, collectors, and institutions and has extensive experience curating exhibitions for galleries, universities, and museums. She received her MFA in Photography from the San Francisco Art Institute and BAs in Photojournalism and English Literature from Indiana University, graduating Phi Beta Kappa. Potsic is an Accredited Member of the Appraisers Association of America in Photography and is Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) compliant. As a fine art appraiser, she has expertise in emerging and contemporary art as well as vintage and contemporary photography. Since 2023, she has volunteered for the Center for Art Law providing expertise in Artist Estates and Legacy Planning. She received her Certification in Ai Mastery from Mindvalley Education in 2024 and shares her sought-after expertise on the application of Ai in the arts and culture landscape through consulting and public speaking. Potsic has held faculty appointments at the University of California at Berkeley and the San Francisco Art Institute and been a guest lecturer at the International Center of Photography and the Delaware Contemporary Museum. She has exhibited her own award-winning artwork internationally, published a monograph of her artwork in 2024 titled Seeker: An Extraordinary Photographic Odyssey in the Holy Lands, and curated exhibitions for numerous institutions including the Interactive Museum of Contemporary Art (iMOCA) and the Philadelphia Museum of Art.
