Focus Gallery: Women and the Surrealist Movement February 11, 2021, 12:00 pm—October 24, 2021, 5:00 pm Women played a critical role in Surrealism, an international modernist movement of the 1920s and 1930s. This focus exhibition features work by six female Surrealist artists represented in the museum's permanent collection, including a recent acquisition: a painting by the French/Mexican painter Alice Rahon.
