About — The Valley 0 The Valley is a contemporary art gallery located in Northern New Mexico, presenting exhibitions from early-career artists, both local and national, with a focus on esotericism, craft practices, and connection to place. The Valley is founded and directed by Ari Myers, a curator and cultural worker who has collaborated with museums, non-profit organizations, and commercial galleries to support the careers of emerging artists and foster community engagement through exhibitions and programming. Her curatorial practice is rooted in the people, land, and culture of the Western United States. Beginning in 2020, The Valley began presenting exhibitions in a small space in Taos, relocating to a larger historic building nearby in 2023. In 2025, The Valley added a temporary exhibition space in a casita on Canyon Road in Santa Fe. In early 2026, The Valley closed the Taos gallery and will be headquartered in Santa Fe. The Valley is a member of the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) Inquiries and appointments ari@thevalleytaos.com
