Apply here >>> What is AIR 3331? “AIR 3331” is an AIR (Artist in Residence) program established by Command A - an artist-run initiative that bases its activities in the center of Tokyo (notably Chiyoda City), with an aim to dive into local communities and cultivate creativity.
