COLLABORATE – Work alongside others to create, support, commission, and share artworks, ideas and practices that demonstrate the many ways that artists are useful to society. BE OPEN – Be attentive, incidental, listen, take note, reflect & respond. EMBED – Be the dreamers and doers, collaborators and supporters, guests and hosts, working alongside communities to imagine and co-evolve our civic infrastructure. Eastside Projects is an artist-led pluriverse based in a free public gallery in Digbeth. We say pluriverse because ‘organisation’ or ‘space’ are not enough. We mean that we imagine Eastside Projects as a process, as a place where multiple narratives and experiences coexist side by side, where together we make visible an evolving set of possible realities.…
