About - Eastville Project Space Skip to content Our mission is to make Eastville Project Space (EPS) the beacon organisation for sound art in the South West of England. We will do this through effective partnerships with creative people and organisations working locally, nationally and internationally. We are a creative hub for artistic collaboration across different disciplines. EPS was founded in 2015 and is supported by a voluntary Board and Advisory Group. It is a creative hub for artistic collaboration across different disciplines. It engages local & national audiences by responding to the historical lack of arts and cultural facilities in Yeovil. We are an open source space, dedicated to exploring projects with music, sound and performance. We see these three areas as intersecting and are curious about things that happen in all of them. Our space is set up to support research, making and playing with sound and art. We have a comprehensive set of production facilities that enable people of all ages and backgrounds to make new work. EPS wants to see a thriving creative economy of musicians, composers and artists across the South West of England and further afield. We are actively building a new network of support working with other agencies such as Sound and Music . We know that the South West of England holds a huge amount of talent, across its rural areas from Cornwall to Somerset.…
