작품으로의 완전한 몰입 상태, ’Free Immersion’을 의미하는 FIM은 2024년 8월 서울 한남동 유엔 빌리지 초입에 개관했다. FIM은 국내외의 역량 있는 젊은 미술 작가들이 자신의 작업에 완전히 몰입할 수 있도록 지원하고 관객들에게 깊이 있는 예술 경험을 제공하기 위해 설립되었다. 우리는 긴밀한 소통을 통해 잠재력 있는 작가들의 실험적인 시도와 성장을 함께하며, 해외 갤러리 및 큐레이터와의 협력으로 차별화된 프로그램과 높은 수준의 전시를 선보이기 위해 꾸준히 연구할 것이다. ‘FIM’ stands for ‘Free Immersion,’ which refers to a state of complete immersion into an artwork. Founded in August 2024 at the entrance of UN Village in Hannam-dong, Seoul, FIM was established to support talented emerging artists’ experimental endeavors and growth through a variety of domestic and international programs, including exhibitions.
