Founder George “Theo” Theodorakos opened the gallery’s La Jolla village location in 2015. L&G Projects assists first time buyers and long term collectors in building both private and corporate collections. Being a full service firm, the gallery can advise collectors on the acquisition of art as well as offer local collectors on-site consultations, private viewings, and in-home curatorial services. At L&G Projects our mission is to cultivate and showcase the transformative power of contemporary art while deeply valuing the artists we represent. The relationship we create with our artists is essential to our vocation, not only professional but personal. Our dedication extends beyond the gallery walls through our commitment to artistic excellence and genuine care we aim to inspire, challenge and connect with our community, the art world at large. Owner and founder, George ‘Theo’ Theodorakos was born in Pensacola, Florida, to a family rich with Greek heritage and culture. Theo became interested in black and white photography at a young age, and afterward had immense and varied exposure to the arts in a myriad of forms – before ultimately deciding to open L&G Projects in the village of La Jolla, California.…
