ABOUT — Morpeth Contemporary 0 Since its beginning in 1996 Morpeth Contemporary has been dedicated to the promotion of both emerging and mid-career artists working in diverse practices. Regarding the appreciation of art, the gallery advocates an inclusive approach, holding varied genres in esteem but with a common sincerity in the creative process. THE FRAME STUDIO Tucked behind the gallery is a full service picture framing operation . We specialize in museum quality framing of contemporary and historical works of art. We also frame just about everything else, and our picture moulding selection is varied and extensive. PRESERVATION FRAMING Preservation/Conservation framing requires a more specialized knowledge in materials and techniques; insuring the framing process does no harm and is entirely reversible. We practice museum mounting to Library of Congress standards.
