It is a charitable society, registered under Societies Registration Act of 1860 (Registered under Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 No. S/74/2011) with its head office at 124, Hans Bhawan 1, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, New Delhi-110002. Exemption was formerly granted to the Centre u/s 80 G of Income Tax Act, 1961 by the Director of Income Tax, (Exemptions) Delhi vide letter no. DIT(E)/80G/2011-2012/P-1502/344 dated 02.06.2011. Renewal of registration is granted to Prithvi fine art and Cultural Centre under Section 12A Income Tax Act, 1961, Unique Registration Number: AABAP4839QE20100, dated 16/02/2022, for A/Y 2022-23 to A/Y 2026-27 . Exemption is granted under section 80G of Income Tax Act, 1961, Unique Registration Number: AABAP4839QF20108, dated 23/02/2022, for A/Y 2022-23 to A/Y 2026-27. Society is also registered on Darpan Portal of Niti Aayog, Government of India. The society is also approved for CSR grants by the Ministry Of Corporate Affairs. The Society was envisioned and founded by a team whose experiences of traditional knowledge, education, and artistic sciences deeply influenced Prithvi’s vision.…
