Die 2017 von Dr. Claudia Quittenbaum gegründete Galerie ist im Hinblick auf das Ausstellungsprogramm eng mit dem auf Design spezalisierten Auktionshaus verbunden. Die Galerie zeigt junge Positionen sowie international agierende Künstlerinnen und Künstler, die überwiegend einen konzeptuellen Bezug zu handwerklich-künstlerischen Techniken und Materialien aufweisen. Ein Fokus liegt zudem auf dem Bereich Autorenschmuck. Einmal im Jahr widmet sich Quittenbaum Gallery anlässlich der Munich Jewellery Week international renommierten Protagonisten der Autorenschmuck-Szene. Quittenbaum Gallery is part of Quittenbaum Art Auctions in Theresienstraße in the center of Maxvorstadt opposite the Brandhorst Collection and the Museums. Claudia Quittenbaum founded the gallery in 2017. In Terms of the exhibition programme the gallery is closely linked to the design specialist Quittenbaum Art Auctions. The gallery has been showing young positions as well as internationally working artists, most of whom have a conceptual relationship to craft and artistic techniques and materials.
