Initially created as a platform for emerging artists, it has steadily grown into a gallery that represents and supports young, mid-career, and established artists over the long term. The gallery organizes solo and group exhibitions, participates in art fairs, and supports artists' initiatives. In collaboration with the artists, the gallery also publishes catalogs and books. To further strengthen its ambitions and provide artists with a wider platform a second location was opened in 2025, along with a name change. With this move, Rik Rosseels Gallery reaffirms its ambition to be a key player in the contemporary international art scene.
