About Us - Smalta Art Gallery Skip to main content About Us The Smalta Art Gallery, founded by Svitlana Dudenko, is located in the heart of Kharkiv, Ukraine. Svitlana Dudenko, the gallery’s founder, is an Honored Artist of Ukraine, a PhD in Materials Science, and an associate professor specializing in materials science and the appraisal of cultural valuables. She studied under the renowned artist Boris Kosarev and co-taught a materials science course for monumental artists at the Kharkiv State Academy of Design and Arts. Our Mission The Smalta Art Gallery is dedicated to: Supporting emerging artists in promoting their works. Creating high-quality art prints and graphic materials. Assisting artists with printing their artworks. Organizing art exhibitions both at the gallery and other venues. Authenticating artworks. Conserving and restoring art pieces and antique furniture.
