L.A. vs. N.Y. vs. UK punks and so much more at a sprawling new Skirball exhibit
The Skirball Cultural Center in Los Angeles opens a new exhibition titled "Outsiders, Outcasts, Rebels + Weirdos: Punk Culture 1976-86," tracing the evolution of punk music and culture over a decade.
