WAYS OF REMEMBERING YAHUARCANI AND MUNOZ AT MASP

'Santiago Yahuarcani: The Beginning of Knowledge' features 35 works by the Peruvian artist that weave together Uitoto cosmology with the traumatic history of the Amazon rubber boom, while 'Video Room: Oscar Muñoz' showcases three video works by the Colombian artist that use ephemeral materials to reflect on political disappearance and the instability of the image.

Dallas Museum of Art Showcases Samurai Art Collection

The Dallas Museum of Art has launched "The Samurai Collection, Dallas, Samurai to the Imperial Court," a comprehensive exhibition featuring over 90 works of art. The showcase includes a diverse array of traditional weaponry, armor, paintings, and decorative objects, drawing from the museum's permanent collection as well as international loans. The Regional Historical Museum – Sofia is opening an exhibition titled "Chronicles from the Studio. 130 years of Vasil Zahariev – artist, teacher, researcher" on July 17, 2025, running through November 30, 2025. The show marks the 130th anniversary of the birth of Bulgarian graphic artist Vasil Zahariev, featuring original works, personal belongings, documents, and photographs from his archive. Zahariev was also a lecturer and rector at the Academy of Arts, and a researcher of Bulgarian Renaissance art.

Springfield Art Museum celebrates young artists at 2026 All School Exhibition

The Springfield Art Museum has launched its 2026 All School Exhibition, a historic community tradition that has showcased student artwork since 1932. This year's iteration, hosted at Missouri State University’s Brick City Gallery due to museum renovations, features selected works from elementary, middle, and high school students across 57 local public, private, and parochial schools. The exhibition is a collaborative effort, installed by a team of local educators and students alongside professional curatorial staff.

Western Spirit Museum highlights student artists during Youth Art Month exhibit

Western Spirit Museum, Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, partnered with the Arizona Art Education Association to present a Youth Art Month exhibition from March 15 to March 28, 2025. The show featured 109 original works by students in kindergarten through 12th grade from 22 schools across Arizona, spanning multiple mediums and styles. The exhibit concluded with a student artist reception on March 28, drawing families, educators, and community members. Teachers submitted student artwork, which was reviewed and selected by the Arizona Art Education Association Youth Art Month board.
