Delhi gets its first ‘gallery district’ in Defence Colony

Anchored by established institutions like Vadehra Art Gallery and Akar Prakar, the area has seen a recent influx of contemporary spaces including GALLERYSKE, PHOTOINK, and the newly opened Gallery Dotwalk. This concentration of venues has birthed a new cultural ritual in the city: late-night art walks where collectors, curators, and younger audiences move seamlessly between openings.
