In the summer of 2020, a British family discovered a Roman mosaic on their farmland in Rutland, England, depicting scenes from the Trojan War. Archaeologists from the University of Leicester later uncovered three panels showing the battle between Achilles and Hector, dating to the 4th century C.E. The mosaic, named the Ketton Mosaic, is the first known depiction of the Trojan War in a British mosaic and was originally part of a Roman villa's dining room floor.

Amanzimtoti’s artsy talent on exhibition

The TOTALLY Art Club recently hosted a mini art exhibition at Seadoone Mall in Amanzimtoti, South Africa, featuring 11 local artists. The three-day event showcased 88 original works ranging across various styles and subjects, with artists such as Hazel Nunes, Ann Waterson, and Sylvia Holtzhausen presenting their pieces. The event was part of 'KOREA-UNESCO week' and included remarks from UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova, Korean Ambassador Byong Hyun Lee, and Assistant Director General Francesco Bandarin.
