It features 10 bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an art studio, a workshop, and a private screening room. The property served as both living quarters and workspace, and was even used as a film set for Lynch's 1997 movie *Lost Highway*. The listing shows that the home survived the recent destructive fires in the area, from which Lynch had evacuated shortly before his death in January 2025.
