Aislan Pankararu, an Indigenous Brazilian artist and licensed physician, maintains a studio in São Paulo where he creates works that draw from his Pankararu heritage, medical training, and the Caatinga biome of northeastern Brazil. His practice includes clay-pigmented paintings, abstract forms evoking cellular structures and ritual designs, and series such as "Soil" (2024) and "Touch" (2024).
