The 70th annual Fine Arts Fiesta opened on Thursday, May 14, 2026, on Public Square in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, and runs through Sunday. The 14th annual Bay View Gallery Night will take place on Friday, May 30, 2025, in Milwaukee's Bay View neighborhood. The free, community-focused event features over 60 participating sites including galleries, breweries, restaurants, and shops, showcasing local artists, musicians, and makers. The Orange Art Center in Pepper Pike, Ohio, will present its first Emerging Artist Residency exhibition this summer, featuring multi-media artist Lauren Sylvia. Her show, “The Many Hues Between Brown and Blue,” explores themes of love, loss, and remembrance inspired by her late cat Twila, using watercolor, acrylic, and experimental materials. The exhibition opens during the Orange Community Art Fest on August 16 and runs through September 30.
The Maple Valley Creative Arts Council (MVCAC) is now accepting applications for the Maple Valley Days Arts Festival, a juried community art event scheduled for June 12–14, 2026 at Lake Wilderness Lodge in Maple Valley, Washington. The festival invites regional artists and artisans to exhibit and sell works across multiple mediums including painting, photography, sculpture, ceramics, woodwork, jewelry, and handcrafted goods, with a new dedicated Textile Exhibition highlighting fiber arts. Selected participants will have their work displayed over three days, with awards presented at a VIP Opening Gala on June 12.
