Nicolaysen Art Museum hosting open house for Arts Council Biennial Fellowship Exhibition: Wyoming Wind

The Nicolaysen Art Museum in Casper, Wyoming, is hosting an opening reception on October 9 for its new exhibition, the Arts Council Biennial Fellowship Exhibition: Wyoming Wind.
