HeARTlab 4 showcases local artists, strengthens creative community

The City Government of Dipolog officially inaugurated HeARTlab 4 at Museo Dipolog on February 16, 2026. This community art exhibition, organized by the City Tourism, Arts, Culture, and Sports office, showcases a diverse range of works from both established and emerging artists across Zamboanga del Norte. The opening ceremony featured performances from local student ensembles and highlighted the growing number of young participants entering the region's creative scene.
