El Paso Museum of Art reopens with Frida Kahlo exhibition

The El Paso Museum of Art is reopening on Valentine's Day after a $3.5 million infrastructure upgrade. The reopening is marked by the debut of the exhibition "Frida Kahlo–Sus Fotos" in El Paso, featuring 241 photographs from the artist's personal archive, alongside other new shows and the return of the permanent collection.
