New York's Kasmin gallery is closing after 35 years, transitioning into a new venture called Olney Gleason, led by Nick Olney (Kasmin's president since 2020) and Eric Gleason (senior director since 2013). The plan was discussed with founder Paul Kasmin before his death in 2020, and the estate is fully supportive. Olney Gleason will open its first exhibition this fall in Chelsea with a roster of about 25 artists and estates, around 80 percent of whom began working with Kasmin within the last five years.

Sotheby’s Unveils Plans for Breuer Building, Announces Opening Date

Sotheby's will open its new global headquarters in the Marcel Breuer–designed building at 945 Madison Avenue on November 8, 2025, after a renovation by Herzog & de Meuron with local partner PBDW Architects. The Brutalist landmark, originally completed in 1966 for the Whitney Museum of American Art, later housed the Met Breuer and the Frick Collection during its renovation. Min ha Park: ‘I think about creating situations where things don’t immediately explain themselves’

Min ha Park, a Korean artist born in Seoul in 1984, is featured as part of this year's Korean Artists Today project, which selects emerging Korean artists with global potential. Park began her artistic journey as a form of teenage rebellion against classical music training, moving to New York in 2002 to study at the School of Visual Arts.
