Amagansett’s Galerie Sardine Has Decamped to Tribeca. But Not Without One Last Hamptons Summer.

Galerie Sardine, founded by art director Valentina Akerman in an 18th-century farmhouse in Amagansett in 2024, is relocating to a permanent space in Tribeca. The gallery, which also serves as Akerman's family home shared with artist Joe Bradley and their children, has hosted exhibitions by Sophie von Hellermann, Nate Lowman, and Ida Ekblad. This summer will be its final season in the Hamptons, featuring a show pairing painter Tonia Nneji with Loewe Craft Prize finalist Jane Yang-D’Haene, plus a textile installation by Kritika Manchanda and Rafael Prieto.
