For the benefit of all the people, forever: Cleveland Museum of Art marks 110 years with freebies
The Cleveland Museum of Art (CMA) celebrates its 110th birthday on June 6 with a weekend of freebies and special events. Founded in 1916 with the mission to serve 'for the benefit of all the people forever,' the museum offers free general admission daily. For the anniversary, it provides free ticketed entry to two major exhibitions: 'Martin Puryear: Nexus,' a retrospective of the American sculptor's six-decade career, and 'Manet & Morisot,' exploring the artistic relationship between Édouard Manet and Berthe Morisot. Additional perks include free parking for members, a complimentary cookie at Provenance Café, and an extra 10% discount at the Museum Store for members.
