Peekskill Celebrates Its Artistic Community with Open Studios
More than 100 artists will open their studios, galleries, and exhibition spaces to the public during the 27th annual Open Studios in Peekskill, New York, organized by the Peekskill Arts Alliance. The free event takes place June 6–7, 2026, from noon to 5 p.m., and includes private studios, group exhibitions at SUNY-Peekskill's Off the Beaten Track, Tent Site Gallery, and cultural venues such as The Flat Iron Gallery, Hudson Valley Museum of Contemporary Art (HVMOCA), and Hat Factory. Visitors can explore works in progress, meet artists, and view public art installations like murals and illuminated sculptures throughout the city.
