And Friends Art Gallery, a boutique gallery in Santa Cruz, California, is relocating from its current Portola Drive location to a larger, more visible space at 860 41st Ave. in Pleasure Point, the former home of Chill Out Cafe. Owner and curator Sydney Pfaff, who founded the gallery in San Francisco in 2013 under the name Legion before rebranding, describes the move as a long-term commitment. The new space will feature a custom wood counter, couches, and seating areas to create a welcoming 'third space' for visitors. The gallery specializes in ceramics, textiles, mixed-media works, and signed fine-art prints, with upcoming exhibitions including 'Sky Garden' by textile artist Danielle Peterson and a solo show by ceramicist Victoria Rickson.
