Orlando Museum of Art Opens Doors Wide Thursday, June 18, for Access for All Event (June 18)
The Orlando Museum of Art (OMA) will host its monthly Access for All event on Thursday, June 18, offering free admission from 10 am to 8 pm. The event, supported by the Art Bridges Foundation, will unveil two newly acquired artworks: David LaChapelle's 'Annunciation' (2019), gifted to the museum, and Kandy G Lopez's 'Hispaniola II – Mia' (2024), purchased by OMA. The day includes hands-on activities, gallery talks, sketching sessions, and a highlights tour, alongside current exhibitions such as the Florida Prize in Contemporary Art, now in its 12th edition with 12 artists.
