Twenty-seven students from South Pasadena High School (SPHS) had their artwork selected for the "Visions of Humanity" student exhibition at the Autry Museum of the American West. The selected works span painting, drawing, and photography and will be on display at the museum from April 18 to May 31, 2026.
The South Pasadena Spring Arts and Music Crawl is set to return on April 25, 2026, featuring a significant group art exhibition at Jones Coffee Roasters. Curated by Sector Seven Contemporary Art Gallery (S7CAG), the showcase includes a mix of medium-to-large format paintings, ceramics, and woodworking from local artists such as Stephen Dudro and Elisa Quiñonez. The event transforms the city's historic downtown into a walkable festival with live music, artisan vendors, and interactive pop-up galleries.
SPARC Gallery in South Pasadena is opening two concurrent exhibitions: "The Best of Times," a solo show by painter Clifford Bailey, and "Emerging Artists 2026," featuring three up-and-coming sports photographers. Bailey, a School of Visual Arts graduate now based in Los Angeles, presents his imaginative and highly individualized paintings from January 31 to February 28, with an opening reception on January 31. The sports photography exhibition runs through February 20 and is free to the public, with both shows participating in the South Pasadena Arts Crawl on February 7.
