Laramie County Community College (LCCC) is hosting its 2026 Student Art Show at the Esther and John Clay Fine Art Gallery on the Cheyenne campus, running through May 10. A public reception will be held on April 28 from 10:30 a.m. to noon. Art instructor and gallery coordinator Daniel Maw expects over 100 submissions from currently enrolled students, featuring drawings, paintings, ceramics, and other media.
The show matters because it provides students with professional exhibition experience while showcasing local emerging talent to the community. It also serves as a recruitment tool for prospective students, demonstrating the quality of work produced at LCCC and the opportunities available in its art program.
