The iconic Rachofsky House in Dallas has underwent a significant price reduction, dropping its asking price by $5.5 million to a new total of $17.5 million. Designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Meier and completed in 1996, the 9,000-square-foot neo-modern villa has been on the market for over a year. Owners Howard and Cindy Rachofsky, prominent art collectors and philanthropists, initially offered the property off-market before listing it publicly for $23 million in late 2023 as part of their long-term estate planning.
