Sul Lago di Garda si svolge una fiera di antiquariato che dura più di una settimana
The second edition of the Turris Antiqua antiques fair will open on June 12 at the Castello Scaligero in Torri del Benaco, Italy, featuring 20 exhibitors from across the country. The fair was launched in 2025 as a pilot edition by Mayor Stefano Nicotra, a lifelong collector from a family of collectors, who has made the intersection of art and local heritage a cornerstone of his administration.
This fair matters because it is part of a broader cultural and administrative transformation of Torri del Benaco, which gained official city status in 2025 and saw its Castello Scaligero museum achieve full museum accreditation in 2024. The event aims to promote the Lake Garda region's traditions and create a network among neighboring municipalities, positioning art and antiques as drivers of local tourism and economic development.
