Monopol verlost 5 × 2 Tickets für Eröffnungsausstellungen im BRUSK

Monopol magazine is giving away 5 × 2 tickets for the opening exhibitions at BRUSK, a new kunsthalle in Bruges, Belgium. The venue launches with two shows: "Latent City," the first solo exhibition in Belgium by Turkish-American AI artist Refik Anadol, featuring a site-specific immersive installation that processes historical and contemporary Bruges data; and "Bigger Picture. Connected Worlds of Bruges 900–1550," a historical survey of over 250 artworks, manuscripts, maps, and objects tracing the city's medieval global trade networks, with loans from Hans Memling and Gentile Bellini.

The opening of BRUSK matters because it positions Bruges not merely as a preserved medieval tourist destination but as a historically connected global hub, using contemporary art and AI to reframe that legacy. By pairing Anadol's data-driven digital art with a scholarly historical exhibition, the institution signals a curatorial model that bridges past and present, local and global. The ticket giveaway also reflects a broader effort to attract public engagement with a new cultural venue in a city known more for its heritage than for contemporary art.
