The Community of Digital Artists (CODA) is launching its juried exhibition, "Color Stories: 2026," at the R. Blitzer Gallery in Santa Cruz. Featuring works from 54 local photographers, the show was curated by Shelby Graham, the former longtime director of the Sesnon Gallery at UC Santa Cruz. The exhibition includes a series of public programs, including a juror’s talk and artist presentations, running through early May.

This exhibition highlights the strength of regional artist collectives and their integration into broader cultural initiatives like PhotoCarmel 2026 and the Ripple Effect Arts Festival. By showcasing digital photography in a professional gallery setting, the event reinforces the local infrastructure for contemporary digital media and provides a platform for community-based artists to engage with professional curation and public audiences.
