Brandon Stanton, the photographer behind Humans of New York, has transformed Grand Central Terminal and its subway station into a massive public art installation titled "Dear New York." Running through October 19, the installation replaces over 150 digital screens typically used for advertising with thousands of portraits and stories from Stanton's archive, making it the largest public art installation in New York City in decades.
