Senior artists explore censorship, AI and transformation in the capstone exhibition

Skateboard Art Exhibit to display 80 students’ artwork

The Tioga Arts Council, in partnership with the Floyd Hooker Foundation and the Tioga County Youth Bureau, is hosting a Skateboard Art Exhibition at Owego Free Academy featuring artwork from 80 students.
