ARTES DE LA TIERRA

The Guggenheim Museum Bilbao has inaugurated "Artes de la Tierra" (Arts of the Earth), a multidisciplinary exhibition curated by Manuel Cirauqui that examines the relationship between contemporary art and the soil. Spanning from the mid-20th century to the present, the show integrates visual arts, architecture, and ancestral Basque knowledge to explore themes of composting, terraforming, and ecological repair. Featured artists include pioneers of Land Art and Arte Povera such as Ana Mendieta, Fina Miralles, and Meg Webster, whose works are presented alongside archival materials and architectural models.

A Place of Perpetual Warmth: Hyde Park Art Center and the Making of Chicago’s Creative Identity

The Hyde Park Art Center (HPAC) stands as a vital pillar of Chicago’s grassroots creative identity, serving for eighty-six years as an unpretentious alternative to the city's major encyclopedic museums. From its early days under curator Don Baum, the center became a catalyst for the avant-garde, famously launching the careers of the Chicago Imagists and the Hairy Who. Today, it continues to function as a multifaceted ecosystem that blends community education, artist residencies, and experimental exhibitions within a residential neighborhood setting.

Interior design in dialogue with natural elements: Fòco is the new project by Studiopepe and Archiproducts

Interior design che dialoga con gli elementi naturali. Si chiama Fòco il nuovo progetto di Studiopepe e Archiproducts

Located in the Via Tortona showroom, the project features over 50 invited brands integrated into twenty distinct environments unified by a warm, burnished color palette. Designed by Studiopepe’s Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto, the installation moves beyond a literal interpretation of fire to explore its symbolic power as both a creative spark and a communal hearth.
