ABOUT - Tabula Rasa Gallery --> ︎ Tabula Rasa Gallery London | Beijing EXHIBITIONS ARTISTS PUBLICATIONS FAIRS ABOUT 中文 ABOUT | TABULA RASA GALLERY With spaces in Beijing’s 798 Art District and London’s East End, Tabula Rasa Gallery was founded in 2015 to present contemporary art across diverse cultural contexts. The gallery’s name comes from the philosophical concept of tabula rasa, or “blank slate,” which reflects its commitment to exhibitions that challenge assumptions and open new ground for artistic experimentation. In 2021, the gallery expanded to London, where it also runs an artist residency program that supports artists and fosters cross-cultural dialogue. Alongside exhibitions, Tabula Rasa develops talks, research, and publications to further engage with artistic practices. Tabula Rasa Gallery is a member of the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA), and the Art Gallery Association Beijing.
