NW Minnesota Arts Council announced its NW Minnesota Art Exhibit Winners

The Northwest Minnesota Arts Council announced the winners of its 2025 Northwest Minnesota Art Exhibit, awarding $2,300 in cash prizes to student and adult artists from a seven-county region.
