British artist duo Graphic Rewilding has installed a large-scale, immersive floral artwork titled 'Fleeting Opulence' at Brookfield Place in Lower Manhattan. An exhibition titled "Vahepealsuse lävel. Kõik teed tõid Eestimaale" ("At the Threshold of In-Betweenness. All Roads Lead to Estonia") has opened at the People's Museum of Tallinn (Tallinna Rahvaste Muuseum). Curated by Ouddhena Teern, an artist originally from Malaysia who moved to Estonia in 2019, the show explores themes of migration, identity, memory, and belonging. The 26th Annual North Coast Open Studios (NCOS) will take place on weekends June 6-7 and June 13-14, 2025, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a kickoff art night on Friday, June 5 from 6 to 9 p.m. The event features 150 local artists opening their studios to the public between Eureka and Trinidad, and east to Willow Creek. A DreamMaker project of the Ink People, NCOS offers visitors the chance to see artists in their creative spaces, purchase art directly from makers, and enjoy the 'creative disaster' of working studios. Local artist Chris "Chilly" Rodriguez announced the grand opening of Mind and Soul Gallery, set to take place on Saturday, May 16 in the Gardner Building on Madison Avenue in downtown Toledo. Icelandic artist Roza Gisladottir will hold her first solo exhibition in Armenia, titled *Reflection of Time*, opening May 11 at the Centre for Contemporary Art (HayArt Centre) in Yerevan. Purdue University Fort Wayne’s College of Visual and Performing Arts broke ground on the Dorothy and Paul Shaffer Fine Arts Gallery, a $1.3 million project. A newly discovered 1931 newspaper article reveals that the renowned Korean artist Park Soo-keun (1914–1965) received early public recognition as a teenager in the Chosun Ilbo, which described him as the "only painter in Yanggu." Several Carson High School art students earned top honors at the Nevada Artists Association Student Art Show. A landmark £5.36 million UK touring art exhibition, "Earthly Paradise: Radical Living in the UK," part of the Going Places scheme coordinated by Art Fund, will conclude at Dovecot Studios in Edinburgh from March to September 2028. The 11th Savannah Local Artist Market (SLAM) returns on Saturday, May 2, 2026, featuring more than 80 artists. The 53rd Riversdale Mixed Media Arts Exhibition will take place in June at the Riversdale Community Centre in New Zealand, featuring a $1,000 emerging artist award for artists aged 13-25 from Southland, Queenstown-Lakes, and West Otago. The award received a record 44 entries in 2025, with judges Marcella and Jim Geddes selecting the top 10 artworks for display on opening day.
