Studio art capstone exhibition opens Dec. 15

The University of Nebraska–Lincoln's School of Art, Art History and Design will host the Fall 2025 Studio Art Capstone Exhibition from December 15 to 19 at the Eisentrager-Howard Gallery. The show features work from seven graduating seniors—Lola Lafficher Agena, Nathan Anderson, Melissa Hewitt, Elle Marroquin, Lim Puoch, Ethan Schepers, and Carli Sorge—spanning sculpture, drawing, painting, and photography. A closing reception is scheduled for December 19 from 5 to 7 p.m., and admission is free.

This exhibition marks a significant milestone for the students, serving as the culmination of their undergraduate studies in studio art and graphic design. It highlights the role of capstone projects in fostering collaboration, mutual support, and professional development among emerging artists, while also offering the public a chance to engage with new creative voices from the university community.
